** Eligibility **

• Must be a Tanzanian
• Have secured admission in any institution of higher learning that is duly accredited
• Have proof of a steady income through salary or self-employment and ability to service the loan on monthly basis
• Parents/Guardians who undertake to pay for the Diploma and Bachelors degree applicant to fulfill the above and subsequent conditions
• Be able to provide a collateral and acceptable guarantor(s) against the loan.
